Click on the contact us button or email beccapalmer@hotmail.com of your desired piece and what you would like to preserve and we can arrange a time to meet if you live in London.  

 If sending flowers not dried it will be a timescale of 3-4 weeks. This gives enough time for the flowers to dry out completely before putting the flowers in the resin. If flowers are not fully dry they can start decaying in the resin over time. If sending ready dried flowers timescale will be 2 weeks from receiving the flowers to encasing in resin and posting. You will continuously be updated during the process  

 Payment can be made by either via bank transfer or PayPal . If sending flowers they will be dried for a period of 3-4 weeks. Once they are ready you will receive an invoice either through Watsapp or email and full payment will be required before they are encased in resin. If flowers are already dried or you are wanting something not flowers then full payment will be needed upon receiving the item 

  All completed pieces will be sent by courier to ensure a safe delivery of your items and will be marked as fragile. You will be sent a tracking number also. I am also available to drop off the piece if you live in South London

I am a local of South East London (Lewisham) So I can drive to collect if in local area or can commute to pick up your flowers if you live in London. Alternatively if further away you will need to send the flowers to me directly.
